Shipping

As everyone knows, the cost of shipping across all providers has increased this year, but I am keeping my shipping rates at last year's rates to help cover some of the expenses of my customers.

Standard shipping is through USPS. Orders and delivery are limited to the USA (only) at this time.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

Expedited shipping--if requested--may be through UPS if more cost-effective.

Shipping rates are based on cart/purchase amount (before discounts if applicable) unless otherwise noted.  Some items have a set shipping rate based on their weight and dimensions which will be noted on the product page and description.

Processing of purchases typically takes 1-2 business days, and ships within 2-3 business days.  Typical transit times for standard shipping and delivery is anywhere from 3-7 business days and is not guaranteed.  Because of increase shipping demands on couriers due to Covid-19, shipping time may vary and is not within the control of Stafford Street Originals.

If expedited shipping is required/requested, UPS may be the better choice as well as keeping costs lower.  Stafford Street Originals will ship using the service that will facilitate receipt of goods by the customer in the most cost-effective and timely manner.

At the time the shipping label is printed, an email with tracking information will be sent to the customer, allowing tracking of the package, including receipt by the postal service (or UPS if applicable).

Customers receive free USPS standard shipping on orders over $75.01.
