We are happy to facilitate a return or replacement for any of the issues below:

Item(s) arrives damaged

The order is incorrect

Item(s) are not what you expected

In some cases, customer may be asked to submit a photo, such as in the case of damage or inferior product.

Returns can be made no longer than within 3 weeks of purchase,

Please reach out via email to StaffordStreetOriginals@gmail.com.  You must include your name and order number with your email, describing what the issue is.  I will respond in a timely manner and we will determine the best course of action together.

Stafford Street Originals will cover the cost of returning items, but you must receive a confirmation from Stafford Street Originals, authorizing the return.

 

Cancellations and Refunds 

Easy, hassle-free cancellation of orders can happen within the first 24-48 hours, provided the customer has not received a shipping notification from Stafford Street Originals or USPS confirmation of receipt. Simply send an email to staffordstreetoriginals@gmail.com and request your order be cancelled.  An email will be sent confirming the order has been cancelled and funds have not been withdrawn.

If  the email request for cancellation comes after 48 hours and product has already shipped, refunds can take 7-21 days and will be made after the product  has been returned and received by Stafford Street Originals. Please contact Stafford Street Originals for a return shipping label and see additional information on "Returns" below.

 If there is an error with your order, such as an omission, or the product you received is not up to your expectation Stafford Street Originals will refund the cost of your purchased of goods, not including the cost of shipping, and will issue a return shipping label at that time for return of all items refunded.
